Delivery Time:

Please note: When your item(s) ship are initially shipped and you are unavailable during to collect the package once delivered. You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package back to you, if it arrives back at our factory.

IMPORTANT: This hair is a hygienic product. For health reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on used products or unravelled bundles. Please read our policy below:

  1. When you have received the goods and confirmed that the products do not match Hair Bloom Beauty’s description you must notify us via email to info@lashbloombeauty.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery window.
  2. Products that are used and goods that cannot be resold will normally not be returned.
  3. Communicate with us on info@lashbloombeauty.co.uk before returning the goods. Please describe the product to be returned. Attach real pictures and videos via email in order for the return request to be approved or denied.
  4. You will need to send a list of returned products, corresponding amount and Hair Bloom Beauty confirms the information.
  5. We will provide the returns address to you via email. Please attach the shipping name, address, telephone and zip code to the package.
  6. You will cover the cost of shipping your package back to us, and we ask you use the original packaging for the hair when it is sent.
  7. Inform Hair Bloom Beauty on info@lashbloombeauty.co.uk of the arrival time and tracking number of your package.
  8. Once we have received the package, it will be assessed and checked to ensure the product is consistent with your description and you will be refunded the payment immediately.
